WAIVER OF LIABILITY
All members, handlers, participants and spectators must sign.
I, the undersigned, hereby waive and release all individuals, including property owners, dog owners, participants, spectators, etc., from any and all liability in relation to my attendance at activities as further described herein this waiver. The dog sport activities includes locations such as private and public properties, including private residences. I understand that the primary purpose of activities is to train for the sport of Schutzhund and other dog sports. I am aware that canine sports and training involve possible risks, not limited to, slips, falls, bites, and other bodily injury, disease, loss or death.
I understand my release of liability includes any action or cause of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. I hereby agree to indemnity, save and hold harmless all individual participating or spectating, it’s members, officers, helpers, handlers or property owners from any loss, liability, damage, or death, including attorney’s fees, and agree further that under no circumstance, shall I prosecute or present any claim against Redwood Coast Schutzhund Club, it’s members, officers, helpers, handlers, or property owners for any claim whether the claim arises by negligence or non-intentional conduct from anyone describe herein, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This agreement shall bind the members of my family and my spouse, my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid by a court of law, it is agreed the balance of the agreement shall be valid and in full force and effect.
I also agree to be fully and solely responsible for the actions of myself, my family and my dogs.
I have read and voluntarily signed this agreement and further affirm that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
