Next Steps:
After submitting your application, you will be interviewed to assess the family's and children's needs. During the interview, your financial situation will be evaluated to determine if the agency can assist this year. Interviews are expected to last 15 minutes or less and will be conducted by members of our holiday assistance team. Please answer the phone if it is an unfamiliar number and it is our agency. After three attempts, the agency will remove the application from consideration. Following the interview, applicants will be contacted to inform them whether their application has been accepted.
Accepted applicants will receive a privacy information form to determine if the relative caregiver consents to share basic identifying information about the family. This includes the caregiver's name, children's names, genders, ages, and the caregiver's phone number and email address. At this time, applicants will receive details about pick-up.
By submitting this form, you agree to receive text and email reminders about program updates. Additionally, please be aware that if you do not pick up your requested donation and do not notify us by email or phone, you may be ineligible for future holiday support.
Sponsorship requests are available every year, with a maximum of three applications. This will account for the applications submitted since the organization's inception in 2020. By submitting this form, you also acknowledge that you are required to pick up your items from the Georgia Kinship Project on December 13, 2025. Details regarding the location and time will be provided later.
To ensure you receive this important information, please check your phone number(s) and email addresses regularly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If there are additional questions or concerns, please reach out to Deja Williams at: 478-207-7580 or ExecutiveDirector@GeorgiaKinshipProject.org.
