BUS FORMS ARE TO BE COMPLETED BY 10 OCTOBER IN THE YEAR OF COMPLETION FOR THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL YEAR.

Applications can be submitted at any time throughout the year. Placement, however, is subject to availability, and students may be placed on a
waiting list if no places are available at the time of application.

Please note: Bus routes are reviewed and adjusted each year. The stops are located centrally within residential areas while ensuring all students arrive at school on time and return home within a reasonable timeframe. Route planning also takes into account factors such as bus size, street width, traffic patterns, and transport regulations.

Priority will be given to student requiring the bus service full time.

Bus Fees are calculated as either Full time or part time as below. Casual bus use is NOT available.

By signing below, I hereby authorise the school to use the information provided for administrative purposes. I certify that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
- I understand that the parent/guardian completing this form will be liable for all Bus Fees incurred.
- In families where both parents/guardians are jointly responsible for school fees, liability for Bus Fees applies to both parties, regardless of which person completes this form.
- In circumstances where parents/guardians are separated, Bus Fee liability will apply solely to that party whom signs the Bus Application Form. Where a separation occurs after the completion of this form, the necessary documentation must be provided to the school to allow for a split fee arrangement to be considered.
- I understand that any Bus Fees incurred will be added to the School Fee Account and will be included in the Direct Debit arrangement.
