    Gate Access
    The property owner agrees to provide clear and safe access to the wastewater system at the scheduled service time. If gates are locked, arrangements must be made in advance to ensure the technician can gain entry.


    Locked Gates
    If a gate is locked at the time of the visit and the technician is unable to access the property, this will be treated as a missed appointment. A $45 reschedule fee will apply.


    Dogs and Other Animals
    All dogs or other potentially aggressive animals must be securely restrained during the service visit. Service technicians may refuse entry if animals are not controlled, and a $45 waiting fee or reschedule fee may apply.


    Waiting Time or Missed Appointment Fee
    If the technician arrives on-site at the confirmed time but cannot complete the scheduled service due to access issues, no one being home as per customer, or unsafe conditions, a $45 waiting fee will be charged.


    Rescheduling and Cancellations
    Cancellations or scheduling changes must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid fees.
