COMMUNITY DAY COMMITTEE
The Community Day Committee shall organize and manage the Club’s annual Good Friday Community Day. The Committee shall plan activities, coordinate logistics, and work with other committees to ensure a successful and enjoyable event for the entire community.

CONCESSION/BAR SALES COMMITTEE
The Concession/Bar Sales Committee shall oversee the sale of food, beverages, and refreshments at games and Club events. The Committee is responsible for managing inventory, staffing, and ensuring smooth operations to maximize sales and enhance the event experience.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE
The Education Committee shall develop and coordinate educational programs, workshops, and initiatives that support Club members’ academic and personal growth. The Committee may also explore partnerships with local and international organizations to enhance learning opportunities.

ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE
The Entertainment Committee shall plan and manage the Club’s social and cultural events, including the annual Christmas party. The Committee shall work to foster community spirit and member engagement through well-organized, enjoyable events.

FACILITIES COMMITTEE (BUILDINGS & MAINTENANCE)
The Facilities Committee shall ensure that all Club properties are properly maintained, insured, and in compliance with health, safety, and legislative standards. The Committee shall also keep accurate records of all deeds, leases, insurances, and taxes related to Club properties.

FINANCE COMMITTEE
The Finance Committee shall assist the Treasurer in managing the Club’s finances. Responsibilities include processing vendor payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting the preparation of financial reports for the Executive Committee and Club Membership.

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
The Fundraising Committee shall develop and implement creative initiatives to raise funds for the Club. The Committee shall identify opportunities, organize fundraising events, and coordinate campaigns to support Club operations and programs.

GAME DAY OPERATIONS COMMITTEE
The Game Day Operations Committee shall ensure the smooth running of all home games. The Committee shall coordinate setup, manage game day entry, oversee concession and bar sales, and ensure all logistical and support needs are met.

HISTORICAL DOCUMENTATION COMMITTEE
The Historical Documentation Committee shall act as the club's memory, ensuring its legacy is preserved for future generations.

MARKETING AND ADVERTISING COMMITTEE
The Marketing and Advertising Committee shall manage the sale of advertising and sponsorship opportunities to external vendors. The Committee shall also develop marketing strategies to promote the Club and generate revenue through partnerships and promotions.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
The Membership Committee shall promote, expand, and manage the Club’s membership. The Committee shall oversee member registration, renewals, and engagement activities, ensuring members are informed and active participants in the Club’s programs.

MERCHANDISE SALES COMMITTEE
The Merchandise Committee shall manage the design, ordering, and sale of Club-branded merchandise. The Committee shall coordinate with other committees to promote sales at games, events, and online to generate revenue for the Club.

OVERSEAS TOURS AND TOURNAMENTS COMMITTEE
The Overseas Tours and Tournaments Committee shall research and recommend international tournaments, camps, and educational visits that align with the Club’s goals. The Committee shall prepare budgets, coordinate logistics, and submit cost analyses for Executive Committee approval.

PUBLIC RELATIONS/SOCIAL MEDIA COMMITTEE
The Public Relations Committee shall manage the Club’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The Committee shall create and share content—photos, videos, reels, and stories—covering all Club activities, including children’s, youth, and senior sports, as well as community events.

RAFFLE COMMITTEE
The Raffle Committee shall oversee all aspects of the yearly Community Day Raffle. This includes but is not limited to soliciting prizes, managing ticket sales, and distributing prizes.
