Scope of supply

This declaration covers unfilled packaging supplied by the Supplier to the Customer, which the Customer uses to pack/fill goods for sale in the UK.
- It will maintain relevant EPR registration and reporting records.

Description of Packaging: Tertiary Packaging

Period of supply: 01.01.2025 - 30.06.2025

 

 

EPR responsibility

The Customer confirms that:
- It is a large producer under the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging and Packaging Waste) Regulations 2024.
- It will report the packaging under its own EPR obligations as the packer/filler or brand owner, in accordance with the pEPR Regulations.
- It understands that this declaration releases the Supplier from reporting responsibility for the same packaging.
- It will maintain relevant EPR registration and reporting records.

 

 

 

Evidence Retention

Both parties agree to retain this signed declaration and supporting records (e.g., invoices, delivery notes, EPR registration) for a minimum of seven years in case of audit by the Environment Agency or other regulators
