2026 Annual Celebration Awards Nomination Form

Greater Jackson Chamber is pleased to announce that our 2027 Annual Celebration award nominations are now open!

The Greater Jackson Chamber's annual awards are designed to recognize outstanding businesses, industries, organizations, and individuals for their impact in helping drive our economy forward. These prestigious awards represent business excellence, notable community stewardship, and exemplary leadership across our membership.

To make a nomination, review the award categories and criteria below to find one that best suits a member business or individual whom you feel best represents the award. Include the business or individual’s name and provide a brief description as to why you feel they deserve this honor. Include any specific examples or other relevant information that may aid the selection committee.

INSTRUCTIONS: Complete this form for each award nomination you wish to submit. Self-nominations are accepted. Businesses and organizations must be Chamber members in good standing to be eligible for awards. Current members are listed https://member.jacksontn.com/list/.
