Amory Railroad Festival — General Guidelines for Vendors
    Festival Dates: April 9–12, 2026
Location: Frisco Park, Main Street, Amory, Mississippi

The Amory Railroad Festival Committee welcomes you to apply for participation in one of Mississippi’s premier festivals. Please read the following guidelines carefully, as they outline important requirements for participation, setup, operations, and compliance.

    1. Entry to Festival

    • All applications will be reviewed by the Festival Committee.
    • Vendors will receive an acceptance letter if selected by the board.
    • Photos of both your products and booth setup are required with your application.
    • Booths will be assigned based on merchandise type (handmade or resold) and placed using a randomizer to ensure fairness.
    • The fee is $250 per 10’ x 10’ booth space.
    • Aditional $50 late fee will be charded for any applications Feb. 1, 2026.
    • If your assigned area includes electricity, it can be added for an additional $50.
    • Trailer vendors: Please list your full trailer length, including the hitch, on your application

    2. Procedure of Show

    • Vendors must be present and sell their own merchandise.
    • All vendors are required to be set up and open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the following minimum hours:
      • Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
      • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
      • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

(Most vendors choose to open earlier and stay later, which is welcomed.)

    • Thursday setup is welcomed but not required.
    • If setting up Thursday, all vehicles must be moved off the street by 4:00 PM.
    • If setting up Friday, all vehicles must be moved off the street by 9:00 AM.
    • No vehicles will be allowed on the street until after 4:00 PM on Sunday.
    • All vendors must be completely packed up and gone by 6:00 PM Sunday.
    • The Railroad Festival Committee will juror all exhibits during show hours.
    • Booth areas must be cleaned and free of debris before departure.
    • Sales tax will be collected from every vendor at the show — no exceptions.

    3. Acceptance of Festival

    • Vendors may only sell items listed and approved on their application. Any additional items must receive committee approval.
    • All merchandise and displays must remain within your assigned booth space.
    • Once accepted, vendors are automatically issued invitations for future festivals unless notified otherwise.
    • Vendors must provide their own shade, rain protection, and tent weights — no stakes are allowed.
    • If a vendor fails to respond to the festival invitation (whether accepting or declining), they will not receive an invitation the following year.
    • Declining two consecutive invitations will result in removal from the vendor list.
    • Once accepted, vendors must confirm and pay within 14 days to secure their spot.

    4. Craft Guidelines

    • A designated CRAFT SECTION (Handmade Only) will be located in the 200 block.
    • Vendors selected for this section may not sell resold, wholesale, or imported items.
    • Crafts must be handcrafted and finished by the vendor.
    • These guidelines ensure a high-quality festival experience for both vendors and attendees.
