General Terms and Conditions for Participation in UMJCA Programs
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to children within the age range listed for the specific program who meet the program’s physical and behavioral requirements. Parents/guardians must complete and sign all registration forms prior to the first session.
2. Program Fees
The total program fee listed, payable in full at the time of registration.
3. Refund Policy
Prorated refunds, minus a $15 cancellation fee, are available if cancellation is requested prior to the second session.
No refunds will be issued after the second session, regardless of attendance.
4. Attendance and Make-Up Policy
Attendance is the responsibility of the participant. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.
In the event of program cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issues), make-up sessions will be scheduled when possible.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to follow all program rules and demonstrate good sportsmanship.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Health and Safety
Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions or allergies during registration.
Participants who are ill should not attend sessions.
In case of injury, staff will provide basic first aid and contact the parent/guardian immediately.

8. By participating, parents/guardians consent to the use of photos or videos of their child for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify the program in writing before the first session.
9. Program Modifications
UMJCA reserves the right to modify the schedule, curriculum, or location as needed. Notice will be provided in advance when possible.
