  • For each machine listed above, navigate to www.ciberdash.com

    Ensure that you can get to the CiberDash Login screen as shown:  

    If you reach the Main Landing Page, your firewall settings are good.

    If not, then please pass the following information to your IT Representatives and have them allow these items for each machine listed. This must be completed prior to the software installation.

  • Information for IT Department

    • Add "*.ciberdash.*" to the Allowed URL List for the CiberDash Live View.
    • CiberLink used Ports 80 and 443, but this is typically allowed by default.
    • If TeamViewer is to be allowed, then add "*.teamviewer.com*" as well.
    • If allowing TeamViewer, also set a rule to allow TCP and UDP port=5938 (both In and Out) for TeamViewer.
  • We cannot process this form until the answer to this question is 'yes'

  • CLOUD ACCESS

    • The customer is responsible for installing CI Connect Web on all machines.
    • Cincinnati Incorporated can provide remote assistance (via TeamViewer) for the first installation only.
    • After the initial setup, the customer is responsible for completing installation on all remaining machines.
