      Being a Leader-in-Training (LIT) at Camp Mendocino is a big deal. What is your understanding of the LIT program, why do you want to be an LIT at Camp, what are you hoping to gain from the program, and describe how are you going to show up as a role model for other campers and LITs/CITs?
