Shop Local Holiday Campaign Sign-Up

The holidays are right around the corner, and we want to help Downtown Oceanside businesses shine! This year, MainStreet Oceanside is excited to partner with the City of Oceanside and San Diego County to offer several new and easy ways for your business to get involved with Shop Local Oceanside. All opportunities are designed to bring more customers to your door and celebrate our vibrant community.

Opportunities this year include:

Small Business Saturday (Nov 29): Kick off the holiday season by being part of a day-long celebration of Downtown Oceanside! Host sales, giveaways, special events, or community activities and MainStreet Oceanside will help promote through our curated marketing campaign.
Shop Local Passport Program: Be part of a digital scavenger hunt & placement on our virtual map that encourages shoppers to visit multiple businesses in order to win prizes.
Downtown Oceanside Gift Guide: Submit 1-2 products or services to be featured in our curated online shopping guide, promoted across social media, email, and Google Ads.
Funding Opportunity: Need support bringing your ideas to life? We have a limited number of $100 reimbursements available (first-come, first-served). Funds must be used for Shop Local campaign towards one of these options:
- Hosting an in-store event or pop-up
- Freebies, giveaways, or promotional items
- Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, print)
- MainStreet Oceanside membership dues

All participation is completely free for Downtown Oceanside businesses. MainStreet Oceanside is hosting these opportunities to support our local businesses and help make this holiday season a success for everyone.
