Processing Timeframes
Purchases under $500:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Purchases of $500 or more:
Refunds are processed within up to 21 business days after approval.
These timeframes allow us to properly review each request, verify usage or partial fulfillment (if applicable), reconcile funds, and process refunds accurately.
Refund Queue
All refund requests are handled in the order they are received.
Once your request is submitted and confirmed, it is placed in our refund processing queue.
Being in the queue means your request has not been overlooked or ignored.
Partial Use & Eligibility
Refund amounts may be adjusted if a portion of the promotion, service, or benefit has already been used or redeemed.
Certain promotional purchases, deposits, or limited-time offers may be non-refundable or subject to specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.
Payment Method
• Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment whenever possible.
• In some cases, refunds may be completed via an alternate method (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay) for clarity and accuracy.
High-Volume Periods
• During holidays, major promotions, or peak booking seasons, processing times may extend slightly. We will always communicate any delays proactively.

• You will receive confirmation once your refund request has been received.
