Please note that after six (6) or more refunds, any future purchases may be subject to approval before processing.

Refunds will not be permitted for purchases made with the intent to repurchase the same promotion at a lower price. In such cases, the cheaper promotion will be refunded — or, if necessary, both purchases may be voided.
Example: If you purchase a full-priced Utility Package and later buy the discounted version, the discounted one will be refunded.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your refund request to be reviewed. All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and cannot be reversed once processed.

Promotions that expire within the current calendar year are not eligible for refunds.
