Filling out the Room booking Form

1) Fill out and submit your room booking.

2) Standard Rooms are $259.00 before tax and resort fees ($20).

3)****ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED WITH THE HOTEL, THE HOTEL WILL EMAIL YOU A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM, WHICH WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED AND SENT BACK WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE FORM***
Please note that it can take up to a week for the hotel to process your booking and to send you a credit card authorization form.

If you booked your room before February 1st 2026, your booking is safe with us. However the hotel will start processing and send out credit card authorization forms starting February 1st, so be on the look out for this email.

4) Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your hotel room booking, email your cancellation request along with your confirmation number to Rooms@BallroomBeachBash.com 48 hours prior to your check in date and we will take care of it for you
