Filling out the Room booking Form

1) Fill out and submit your room booking.

2) Standard Rooms are $259.00 before tax and resort fees ($22.50).

3)****ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED WITH THE HOTEL, (please allow up to 7 business days) THE HOTEL WILL EMAIL YOU A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM, WHICH WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED AND SENT BACK WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE FORM***

4) Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your hotel room booking, email your cancellation request along with your confirmation number to Rooms@BallroomBeachBash.com 48 hours prior to your check in date and we will take care of it for you.

THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY night Beach Bash rooming block rooms are now SOLD OUT. If you choose those days we will put you on a waitlist but there are no guarantees.
