Friday, May 15 - Sunday, May 17 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Issaquah, WA
Come join us in Issaquah, WA, conveniently located right off of I-90. The area boasts hiking and walking trails, local shopping, wine shops, breweries, fabulous regional theatre, the salmon hatchery, Boehm's Chocolates, and the Thomas Dambo troll, Jakob Two Trees.

Crop Fee $315 - includes a 6' table Friday at 10:00 am through Sunday at 5:00 pm, a page kit, prizes, mini-classes, demonstrations, and five catered meals (Friday lunch, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday lunch.)

A $100 non-refundable deposit holds your spot. Balance is due Monday, April 6, 2026. You are welcome to make payments.

The on-site Trailhead Kitchen and Bar offers cooked-to-order breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. The hotel convenience store has grab and go breakfast items, coffee, and snacks.

A variety of Creative Memories items will be for sale on-site.

Group Rate Rooms are available and room rate code will be sent to registered participants closer to the event.
