    Summary of Charges

    Base Fee: $10.00 per leg (charged per one-way trip)

    Distance Charge: Total kilometres × applicable rate (Standard or WAV rate depending on vehicle)

    Waiting Time Fee:
    • First 15 minutes – FREE
    • After 15 minutes – $17.50 per 15-minute block
    • Applies when delayed at hospital, discharge, long appointments, or when assistance is required.

    Total Formula:
    (Base Fee + Distance Charge) × Return Multiplier + Waiting Time Fee

    Minimum Charges

    A minimum fare of $25.00 applies to all bookings.
    If your calculated total is below $25.00, the minimum charge will be applied automatically.
