6. Bar & Beverage Services

All alcoholic beverages and soft drinks will be provided and served by MDR onsite. We will work with you to make sure that the bar is stocked to your preference. The cost of bartenders and serving staff, as needed, will be added to your rental contract price.

Cash Bar --- Guests purchase their own beverages at our bar throughout the event.Open Bar --- Enjoy a fully hosted bar for your guests. An estimate of the cost of the open bar will be included in the contract price. The estimate will be based on your guest count and the brands you ask us to serve. A running tab will be kept at the bar, and the final price will be adjusted up or down from the estimate at the end of the event.Hybrid Bar --- Set a budget for hosted drinks. Once the limit is reached, the bar transitions to a Cash Bar. This can also be accomplished by providing your guests with a set number of drink tickets.
