The Girl Scout Program Aide Award must be completed before Girl Scouts bridge to Senior and no later than September 30 of their ninth grade year. The Program Aide Award Final Report must be submitted no later than February 1 of the following year.
Submit this form as soon as possible after your Award project is completed to help ensure accuracy and to avoid missing deadlines.
Each Girl Scout completing their Program Aide Award must complete their own final report. The report must include information for the troop you worked with, and the leader who served as mentor for this project.
If you are a troop leader who is submitting for all of your girls, attach scanned copies of each girls' completed final report.

Once submitted, please allow 3-4 weeks for council to review and approve.
