The Girl Scout Volunteer-in-Training Award must be completed before Girl Scouts bridge to Adult and no later than September 30 after completeing 12th grade. The VIT Award Final Report must be submitted no later than February 1 of the following year.

Submit this form as soon as possible after your Award project is completed to help ensure accuracy and to avoid missing deadlines.

Each Girl Scout completing their award report must complete their own final report. The report must include information for the troop you worked with, and the leader who served as mentor for this project.

If you choose to write out your answers on paper, you will need to attach scanned copies of your completed final report. We also ask that you attach 1-2 photos from earning your award.
