The Girl Scout Junior Aide Award must be completed before Girl Scouts bridge to Cadettes and no later than September 30 of their sixth grade year. The Junior Aide Award Final Report must be submitted by February 1.
Submit this form as soon as possible after your Award project is completed to help ensure accuracy and to avoid missing deadlines.
Each Girl Scout completing their Junior Aide Award must complete their own final report. The report must include information for the troop you worked with, and the leader who served as mentor for this project.
If you are a troop leader who is submitting for all of your girls, attach scanned copies of each girls' completed final report.
