For placements, athletes should attend the session that fits their most recent team placement/skill level. Athletes also need to attend any additional sessions if they're looking to move up or change level.
Examples:
- a brand new athlete with no experience: just attend the novice session
- an athlete that just competed in level 1, happy to stay in level 1: just attend the level 1 session
- level 1 athlete, interested in moving to level 2: attend both level 1 and level 2 sessions
- an athlete that competed in level 3 and 4, interested in being also considered for level 5: attend level 3, 4 and 5 sessions.
This helps all athletes see the standards required for each level
