All orders are made to order.
What does this mean?
All Juli's Designs snow globe tumblers are hand made and customized to your liking. Orders are fufilled in the order in which they are recieved. Essentially I don't have an inventory ready to be shipped out on demand. That said estimated creation and delivery time will vary, and will later be confirmed once I have reached out to you to confirm and recieve payment for your order.
Payment options will also be discussed at this time, payment plans are also available.
Orders are shipped out once order has been paid in full and the payment has been accepted.
In the case that you need something by a certain time, try to get your orders in ASAP.
Do you offer refunds or replace items in the event there is damage?
No and yes!
All orders from Juli's Designs are non-refundable.
In the event of any damage caused by shipping, it will need to be submitted to the "form for damages" section of my link tree which can be found in my Facebook or Instagram bios. If you're from tiktok, it's the same link I sent you when you took interest in ordering.
Damage requests must be submitted within 24-48 hours of recieving your order according to the recorded delivery date via shipping provider.
Pictures and a full description are mandatory and must be submitted with your request. If either are missing the request will not be accepted.
Once I have approved your damage request I will reach out for next steps where we will discuss how to return the damaged item in order to recieve the replacement.
Any damages reported outside of the 24-48 hour window will not be accepted.
Any personal damages made to the items will not be eligible for replacement.
Working Time
Juli's Designs operates Monday - Friday - excluding holidays.
Orders, inquiries and order requests are taken care of before 5pm ct, any inquiries and or order submissions recieved after 5 pm will be handled during business hours.
Due to high volume please give me between 1-2 business days to respond to submitted requests or answer any questions.
