CLINIC INFORMATION:

Arrival: 3:50pm for a 4:00pm start. Clinic concludes at 5:30pm.

Wear: Comfortable, supportive clothing and footwear for physical activity.

Bring: A drink bottle, and any special medications; including asthma pump/puffer, and EpiPen if required. All items must be labelled and stored appropriately with the clinic organisers upon arrival.

Reminders: A reminder email will be sent in the week leading up to each clinic. We can't wait to see you all there!
