  • Thank you for your interest in the nomination process for a NOMIS Senior Fellowship at the Collegium Helveticum. We assume that you have accessed this form via the NOMIS Senior Fellowship webpage and are therefore familiar with the nomination conditions. If this is not the case, we kindly ask that you read the information carefully before completing this form.

    If you are submitting a nomination on behalf of a unit or institute, please designate a representative for the submission. If the representative does not serve as the nominee's academic partner, i.e. associate fellow, please also provide the relevant information below.

  • Introduction

  • Nominations for NOMIS Senior Fellowships may be submitted by research units, university management, or faculty members of ETH Zurich, the University of Zurich, or the Zurich University of the Arts, as well as by members of the Collegium’s advisory board.
    Self-nominations are possible, but must be supported by at least two faculty members from the Collegium’s supporting institutions.

  • Please note that the fellowship must take place between September 1 and June 30, typically lasting five to ten months. While exceptions may be considered, preference will be given to longer stays.

  • Support of your self-nomination

    Your self-nomination must be supported by at least two faculty members from ETH Zurich, the University of Zurich, or the Zurich University of the Arts. One or both supporters will also serve as your local academic partner(s) (i.e., associate fellow(s)).
