Please complete all sections carefully. Incomplete or false information may result in your application being rejected.
Caterers/drink units must apply using the catering form. The only food stalls allowed to apply through this stall/trader form are sweets stalls (i.e. fudge, pick and mix, etc) and baked goods stalls (i.e. cookies, cakes, brownies, etc). If you are unsure about which form you need to fill out (caterer or stall holder), or would like the link to the catering form, please email office@ramonsterevents.com
IMPORTANT:
No power is provided — traders must bring their own silent generators.
All documents must be valid and up to date.
We verify all companies for legitimacy before approval.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure all of the information and documentation they submit is correct and up to date. All applicants must provide all required documents, including relevant policy documents that cover the necessary operating dates. If any documents need to be updated after submission, they should be sent to info@ramonsterevents.com. Attending events without the correct documentation/information/required policies puts you at risk, and you could be liable for financial damages in certain circumstances.
