    1. CORRECTNESS OF INFORMATION
    By submitting this form, the Applicant confirms that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Any false or misleading information may result in the refusal, withdrawal, or cancellation of credit facilities.
    2. CREDIT TERMS
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice. Boards Direct (Paul David Enterprises Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time without prior notice.
    3. INTEREST ON OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
    Interest may be charged on overdue balances at a rate of 3% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law), calculated from the due date until payment is received in full.
    4. ADVANCE OR EARLY PAYMENT
    The Applicant may make payments in advance or settle the account in full at any time without penalty.
    5. INSURANCE AND RISK
    Risk in goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery. Title to the goods remains with Boards Direct (Paul David Enterprises Ltd) until payment is received in full.
    6. PAYMENT METHODS
    Payment may be made by bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card, or other approved electronic payment method. Details will be provided on the invoice.
    7. DISPUTES
    Any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before legal proceedings.
    8. CONFIDENTIALITY
    All information provided in this credit application shall be treated as confidential and used solely for credit assessment and account management purposes, in accordance with UK data protection laws.
    9. SEVERABILITY
    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
    10.VARIATION
    Any amendment to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of both parties.
    11. COUNTERPARTS
    This agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, together constituting one and the same agreement.
    12. ASSIGNMENT
    These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and permitted assigns of both parties.
    13. NON-WAIVER
    Failure or delay by either party to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
