TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all Parents/Guardians/Pupils enrolled at Talent Tuition.

GENERAL

1. Each session missed or attended must be paid in full.

2. Any sessions not used during enrolment (excluding missed sessions) are refundable, subject to a minimum of four (4) weeks’ notice. If the notice period is not satisfied, any refunds will be made at the discretion of Talent Tuition.

3. Talent Tuition will not share your contact details with any third party for purposes of advertisement, profit or sales.

4. Your personal details will only be used by Talent Tuition to send information or invites to events at Talent Tuition. By agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing for Talent Tuition to use your details for sales and communication only.

5. You agree not to use any other obtainable information of customers & Talent Tuition for personal use or gain.

PAYMENTS

The following terms and conditions apply to payments:

6. All payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer only. We do not accept cheque or card as a form of payment.

7. Bank transfers may be made at the discretion of Talent Tuition, please enquire for details. Payments must be made as agreed and specified in order to track payments.

8. All payments must be made a month in advance and by the first session of each month, and at the latest, within 5 days of the first session of the preceding month.

9. A late payment charge of £25.00 will apply automatically for any payments not made as specified in clause 8 and Talent Tuition reserves the right to refuse services.

10. Talent Tuition will cease to provide any further services and will initiate legal action for any overdue payment charges.

The following terms and conditions apply to all Parents/Guardians/Pupils enrolled at Talent Tuition.

MISSED SESSIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to missed sessions:

11. They are transferable between enrolled siblings only, at the discretion of Talent Tuition and the missed session to be transferred must be of the same value. Additional payments must be made to cover any differences before use.

12. Missed sessions can only be used during enrolment and in the current academic year the missed lesson was acquired but can be used for any open sessions (during enrolment) other than the normal session pupils are scheduled to attend (subject to availability).

13. They must be scheduled and booked in advance (subject to clause 16 below) and if you are unable to attend the scheduled missed session, 24 hours’ notice is required.

14. Any sessions missed where advanced payments are made are still eligible for a missed session.

15. All payments for missed sessions are non-refundable and need to be redeemed during the pupil’s enrolment at Talent Tuition.

16. Missed sessions are for one-time use only and if a scheduled missed session is missed, no subsequent missed session can be booked for the same missed session, see clause 13.

17. Missed sessions will not automatically be accrued due to an absence. In order to accrue a missed lesson, Talent Tuition must be informed via a text message of the absence in advance of the session taking place. Cut-off periods are as follows:

i) Any weekday session, Talent Tuition must be informed of any absence before 9:30 am on the day of the session to take place in the weekday (Monday - Friday).

ii) Any weekend session, Talent Tuition must be informed of any absence before 5:30 pm on the Friday prior to the weekend session taking place (Saturday - Sunday).

18. Any notification of absence after the aforementioned times above will mean the sessions will still be charged and a missed session will not be issued for use.

19. All sessions are charged, whether they are attended or not attended by the pupil/your child. This is regardless of reason and will include any holiday periods Talent Tuition is open.

20. If further sessions open, missed sessions are eligible for use in these sessions.
