By completing and submitting this form, you are confirming your commitment to sponsoring NELC at the chosen level and the specified amount. Following form submission, NELC will send a sponsorship invoice via email to the contacts provided as Primary and/or Secondary. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Please be aware that certain sponsorships have limited availability and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the particular sponsorship you've selected is no longer available, we will promptly notify you. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the release of limited sponsorships, allowing other interested organizations the opportunity to sponsor.
In the unlikely circumstance that the NELC conference or sponsored programming is canceled or postponed, sponsors will be given the option to either receive a refund of any funds already received or apply the amount toward a future event or program.
