    Court Appointed Arbitrator Training (12JUN26). Trainee cancellations more than two weeks prior to the class start date will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, unless applied towards tuition for the next subsequent training; trainee cancellations on less notice (including, without limitation, failure to attend class) will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee; requests for waiver of the cancellation fee due to emergency will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Attendance substitutions are permitted up to one day prior to the start date of the session. Enrollment is limited to 40 participants per course.
