i) you will use the funds only as detailed in this application form

ii) you will notify Rank Prize of any unspent funds or if the duration of the studentship is curtailed for any reason, and make arrangements for the unspent funds to be returned to Rank Prize

iii) both you and the student will submit a report within one month of the end date of the studentship. We will request a short video report from the student, which may be used on our website and social media, and a written report from the supervisor. N.B. it is expected that the department will pay the student and cover the consumables costs during the studentship and claim the funds from Rank Prize once both reports have been submitted

iv) you will update Rank Prize with details of any publications or presentations resulting from the funded research

v) you will acknowledge the support of Rank Prize in any publications or presentations resulting from the funded research
