By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age. It is acknowledged that I am authorized to represent the Vendor (“we”, “our”, or “us”) if applicable. I/We agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Government of Bermuda (“you” or “your”) against all claims, demands, losses, expenses (including all legal expenses) or damage (“Loss”) caused by me/us or our agents’ actions, inactions or misrepresentations as a result of vendor at the Bermuda International Gombey Festival. Please note all food vendors require a Health Department Certificate to operate which must be displayed with a signed copy of the Department of Culture license.
Vendor application forms will be accepted until September 14, 2026.

Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Vendors will be notified if their application was successful shortly thereafter. A license with rules and regulations will be issued to successful applicants for display. Note that completing the application form does not constitute acceptance to be a vendor.
