INFORMATION:

What’s Included: Your lounge includes access to a 500 sq. ft. private event space with seating for up to 25 guests. You’ll have the option to use our music hookup and party lighting to set the mood. A specialty bar menu is available for guests 21 and over with valid ID. You're welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages; however, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Rental Rate: $125/hour

To add additional hours, simply plan back-to-back time slots or extend your reservation as needed if more time is avaialble.

FAQs:

Not sure how many guests are coming?

No problem! The lounge is a flat rate regardless of headcount (up to 25 seated).
You can finalize your guest list upon arrival.

Can we bring food?

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food or have it catered. Our venue does not offer food service at the moment, so feel free to set the vibe with your favorite snacks or meals.

Can we bring our own drinks?

You may bring non-alcoholic drinks only.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited, per licensing and insurance purposes.

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes! Our specialty bar menu includes a rotating selection of canned cocktails, beer, wine, and themed drinks.
Alcohol is only available to guests 21+ with valid ID. Minors are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol under any circumstances.

Do we have to play an escape game to rent the lounge?

Nope! You can book the lounge as a standalone rental, or pair it with one of our escape games for the full experience.

Can I decorate the lounge?

Light decorations are welcome (balloons, table settings, etc.). We just ask that you do not hang anything on the walls or use confetti/glitter.

Can I come early to set up?

Your rental time includes the setup and breakdown, so be sure to book extra time if needed!

Can kids use the lounge?

Absolutely but an adult (18+) must be present at all times for groups with minors. Please ensure proper supervision during your event.

The Archive Event Lounge is only available for booking during the following hours:

Sunday - Thursdays from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM.

Friday - Saturday from 9:00 AM until Midnight.

The facility will be open by reservations only in any given day. Please schedule carefully. Your rental time includes the setup and breakdown, so be sure to book extra time if needed.

An estimation of rental fees will be provided upon confirmation of receipt of this application. All additional requests and additional time shall be added to this amount and invoiced on the day of the event.

I, the lessee have filled out the PRIVATE LOUNGE APPLICATON form and understand that the facility will be available based solely on the times I have provided. I understand that I have a minimum lease time as listed on the form. I understand that failure to remove all persons and property from the facility after my event, will result in a bill for additional hours.

Cancellation Policy

No pre-paid refunds will be provided in case of booking cancellation or no-show. Please contact The Escape Warehouse at 504-264-2267 to reschedule or cancel.

Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY.

BY BOOKING AN THE EVENT LOUNGE, YOU (AND EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY) AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

I understand the following terms & conditions:

- I WILL NOT bring outside alcoholic beverages onto the premises. Only alcohol provided through Escape Warehouse / Sprit's Bar may be consumed.
- I WILL NOT permit minors to purchase or consume alcohol. Bar packages are only available to guests 21+ with valid ID. Alcohol may not be shared with anyone underage.
- I WILL NOT use any devices for photography or audio/video taping inside escape games (the lounge area is exempt).
- I WILL NOT use violence, excessive force, or act inappropriately on the premises.
- I WILL NOT damage or disturb any part of the property, including cameras, microphones, or furnishings.
- I WILL NOT smoke or use lighters/open flames inside or outside the building.
- I WILL NOT remove or tamper with items from escape rooms or event lounge space without permission.
- I WILL respect the venue, staff, and other guests at all times.

In the event, our crew encounters any customer displaying unruly or violent behavior inside or outside the game, you may be removed from the premises without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if rules are not followed or disorderly conduct is presented.

CANCELLATIONS: A 24 hour notice is REQUIRED to cancel or reschedule a lounge reservation. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your event time, payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

INDEMNIFICATION: I and each of member of my group, personal representatives, guardians, conservators, agents, successors, and assignees, AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNIFY, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND HERBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE, The Escape Warehouse, its owner(s), administrators, directors, managers, agents, officers, members, volunteers, employees, participants, officials, insurers, affiliates, successors, and assignees, in their official and individual capacities, and owners and lessors of the Premises (400 SW Railroad Ave, Ponchatoula, LA 70454) on which the Activity is conducted FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ON MY ACCOUNT CAUSED BY ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ACTIVITY, INCLUDING THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, for any injury, loss of property or other damage which may result directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with you and your group's participation in this activity. You also agree to be responsible for any damage you cause while on the property.

MEDIA RELEASE: I additionally permit The Escape Warehouse to PHOTOGRAPH OR VIDEOTAPE MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, INCLUDING SOUND AND/OR VIDEO RECORDINGS. I give The Escape Warehouse ALL RIGHTS TO MARKET, PUBLISH, REPRODUCE, (IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA), AND OTHERWISE USE THE RECORDINGS WTHOUT MY PERMISSION.

By agreeing to these terms & conditons, you (and all members of your party) are waiving the rights listed above and agreeing to the terms stated.
