  • ISFELD BURSARY COMMITTEE APPLICATION FORM - Group 1

  • Only one application form is required for the Isfeld Selected Bursaries. This application must have a completed bursary check list, a letter of introduction, one copy of your reference letter and a copy of your transcript. 

  • DONOR BURSARY APPLICATION FORM - Group 2

  • A physical application form is required for EVERY Donor Bursary applied for. Each application must be accompanied by a letter of introduction, addressed to the donor, one copy of your reference letter, a copy of your transcript and any additional requested documentation (see Bursary Booklet for individual application requirements)

    Please double check if the donor requires a special application form in addition to the application package. These special application packages can be found in the main office via Jacqueline.

  • Ministry of Education District Authority Scholarship

  • There are only 5,500 awards distrubuted across BC school districts and independent school authorities. Selected students receive a $1,250.00 scholarship voucher to use towards their post-secondary tuition.

    Students may apply for any categories but can receive only ONE scholarship.

    This form will be used by the Mark R. Isfeld Committee and Donor Committees in determining the allocation of the awards.

  • Reference Letter: You are required to obtain a minimum of 1 reference letter (employer/coach/mentor). If applying for a bursary that has eligibility criteria requiring community service of leadership involvement, please make sure you have a letter of reference from the supervisor of the activities you participated in.

    You cannot use a relative as a reference.

  • Service/Community Activities & Leadership - List all activities you have participated in for Grades 10, 11 and 12. Indicate your role in each year you participated (examples - Sports, Music Lessons, Boys and Girls Club, Dance).

  • Awards and Certificates - List all awards and certificates you have received in Grades 10, 11 and 12. (Example: Honour Roll, June 2022, 2023, 2024)
