    We all have an inner voice that pipes up when we’re stretching, growing, or simply trying to do our best. Sometimes it encourages us — but other times, it turns critical, harsh, or fearful. It may whisper (or shouts) things like, ‘You’re not good enough,’ ‘You must push harder,’ or ‘You’ll just screw it up.’ This little inner critic may have shown up from childhood, from something you internalised, or from the world around you — but I believe it no longer has to run the show.

    This short self-reflection quiz will help you discover which inner-critic voice tends to speak the loudest for you right now. You’ll get a clear sense of your dominant Inner Critic type — plus a mini roadmap for how to soften its grip and reconnect with your wiser, more compassionate Self.
