  • I agree to provide a card on file to secure my appointment. To reserve your appointment, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. This goes directly toward your service.*
  • Cancellations and reschedules require 48 hours notice. Late cancellations will incur a 50% service charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled appointment, and a late fee may apply.*
