Retainer
An initial $500 nonrefundable retainer and a signed contract must be secured in order to move to begin a payment plan for the remaining amount of any services and retreat package being performed by Soul Tribe Heals LLC. Retreat must be paid in full to secure your spot entirely. The retreat, including accommodations, are not final without the signing of this contract. If you pay any monies to Soul Tribe Heals LLC and or Soul Tribe Heals Group LLC without signing this agreement you are opting to forfeit any monies collected beforehand.
Contracted services
Includes all services described in selected retreat package details. Any additional services/products requested by the client incurred by vendor will be billed directly to client at a cost. Any additional meals, travel, experiences, services, and products not included in retreat package will be paid out of pocket at client’s expense and solely optional and voluntary.
Provided Documentation
All documentation including retreat PDFs, manuals, print outs, handouts, books, and more created and provided to client is owned and copy written by Soul Tribe Heals and cannot be used or given to any other 3rd party, posted on any social media platforms, lectured, or duplicated.
Destination
Clients are solely responsible for travel and transportation from your respective destination to Mexico or Jamica which may incur additional fees, such as round trip airfare. Clients flying into Merida, Montego Bay or Kingston will have a shuttle or private driver hired by Soul Tribe Heals to bring them to the retreat location within specific hours of arrival.
Liability
Participants assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the retreat. By participating, clients release Soul Tribe Heals, retreat organizers, and associated personnel from any claims, demands, and causes of action, whether now known or unknown, arising out of or related to participation in the retreat.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refunds or cancellations are available as retreat spots are limited.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a credit towards a future retreat.
Soliciting Vendors outside of Soul Tribe Heals
Due to the delicate relationship of our vendors, we ask that your do not solicit any of our vendors for business purposes. Should you want to work with any of our team members, we ask that you kindly permit us to facilitate the connection for you.
Responsibility of Client
Adhere to local laws and regulations. Curfew at 10pm. Lights & sounds off at 11pm. Disrespecting of sacred sites, ceremonies, healers etc will not be permitted and you may be asks to leave the retreat which will forfiet all monies paid.
Damages By Client
Report any and every thing wrong with room etc. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be required to cover the costs of repair or replacement within 24 hours.
Extenuating Circumstances
Being intoxicated, under the influence, fighting, violence, theft, verbal abuse is not tolerated during this Retreat. Violations will result in immediate release of the program with no refund or credit given.
Our Responsibility
Vendor is not responsible for Acts Of God, Natural Disasters, an Act Of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within the control of Soul Tribe Heals, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance.
Payment Schedule and Method
For your convenience, payments can be made online via soultribheals.com using a valid credit card. Otherwise, payment is to be made by cash (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, please put your name in the memo.
$500 initial retainer due upon completion of the signed agreement for services. Remaining balance is due 20 days before retreat start date.
COVID-19 Hold Harmless
A Hold Harmless Agreement related to COVID-19 must be signed, acknowledging the risks associated with the pandemic and releasing Soul Tribe Heals from liability.
Photo, Video, & Social Media Release
Participants grant or deny permission for the use of photos/videos for promotional purposes.
Images may be used on Soul Tribe Heals' website, social media, or marketing materials to showcase the retreat experience. Participants are encouraged to share their experience on social media but must respect the privacy and consent of fellow participants. Confidential or sensitive information shared during the retreat should not be disclosed on public platforms.
Acceptance
Participants signify agreement by submitting payment.
By acknowledging this agreement, participants affirm they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The undersigned have read this contract, understand its terms, and agree to be bound thereby. Any additions, deletions, or revisions must be made in writing and approved by all responsible parties. The parties agree that this contract is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties.
