    We are open Sunday through Friday, including holidays, during our summer season, which begins on Memorial Day weekend (May 24 & 25) and continues for the summer starting May 31. We offer school group visits before the summer season begins. The season ends the day after Labor Day (September 7) with a private rental. In the fall (September/October), we offer limited activities.

    Important: Please provide all dates and recurring times you are unavailable, as well as your preferred work schedule. This information is for planning purposes only. You are still responsible for entering all time-off requests and availability in the Homebase app.

    I understand and acknowledge that JayDee’s Family Fun Center is a family-friendly environment and requires employees to maintain a neat, modest, and professional appearance while working. I agree to the following:

    • I must wear the required uniform, including an official staff shirt, appropriate pants or shorts/skirts, and a name tag while on duty.
    • Hair, makeup, and grooming must be clean, neat, professional, and in natural styles and colors.
    • Visible tattoos or body art are not permitted while working and must be fully covered at all times.
    • Visible facial piercings must be removed while on duty. Tongue piercings are not allowed.
    • Jewelry is limited and may be prohibited in certain departments, especially for safety-sensitive roles.
    • Employees should also avoid getting new piercings or tattoos while employed, especially in roles with physical activity or water exposure. Individuals with recent piercings or tattoos should not accept employment until fully healed.
    • Lifeguards and water park attendants may not wear any jewelry while on duty, except for approved medical alert items.
    • I understand that additional department-specific appearance and safety requirements may apply.

    I understand that failure to comply with policies may result in corrective action or impact my eligibility for employment.

    I understand that I will be provided with a copy of the Employee Handbook, and that I may review it with my manager and ask questions if clarification is needed. I am responsible for following all policies outlined in the handbook.
