How We Calculate Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees are based on the time/distance from our service center located at 1385 200th Ave. New Richmond, WI to your delivery address.

Important Delivery Information:

Final delivery charges will be added to your invoice and communicated to you prior to ordering.

For Bulk Boiler Logs, drop off location must allow easy access for a large grapple truck to pull in and operate boom to unload firewood.

For Split Firewood, we need a spot big enough for a large box truck to unload your firewood.

NWI is not responsible for any driveway damage but we will make every effort to avoid issues.
