Purpose
This agreement outlines the affiliate partnership between Aqua Beato and Miss USA participants promoting Aqua Beato through sales links and event activations.

Compensation
• Affiliates will earn 20% per order sold through their link or at authorized in-person events.
• Payouts are calculated monthly based on verified sales data.
• Payments issued via ACH or PayPal within 15 days of month-end.

Definition of Verified Sale
A verified sale is defined as a transaction directly attributed to the affiliate’s unique tracking link or code that is not canceled, refunded, or disputed within 30 days.

Tracking
Each affiliate will be assigned a unique tracking code or link. Company will maintain transparent reporting to verify all sales.

Payment Threshold & Taxes
Payments under $25 will roll over to the next month. Affiliate is responsible for any tax obligations. Aqua Beato reserves the right to request a W-9 before payment.

Affiliate Duties
Affiliate agrees to promote Aqua Beato truthfully and avoid misleading language or unauthorized promotions.

Brand Integrity Clause
Affiliate agrees not to engage in conduct or communication that could harm Aqua Beato’s brand reputation or partnerships.

Technical Disclaimer
Affiliate acknowledges that tracking accuracy may be affected by technical limitations such as cookie settings or ad blockers.

Termination for Cause
Aqua Beato may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of breach or unethical conduct.

Term & Renewal
This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution by both parties and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year from that date. Upon expiration of the initial term, this Agreement may be renewed for successive one-year periods by mutual written consent of both parties.
