We have booked an 8 room cabin at Snow Mountain for this event. 7 of the rooms have double queen beds and one has three bunk beds. Check-in will be available at 6pm Thursday. This event has a mix of socializing, breakout sessions and quiet writing times. This is a writing focused event, please plan accordingly.
Registrants are expected to pay via Paypal upon registering. Your registration will be considered complete when payment has been processed.
Registration includes: three nights lodging, en suite bathrooms, use of YMCA facilities, many acres of walking trails, free parking, free internet access.
You do not need to be a RWR member to attend, although preference is given to current members.
Please note: there are no elevators and some rooms are located on the second floor. The room with the bunk beds is on the second floor all other rooms have two queen beds. One room has an accessible bathroom.
Food: There are two full size fridges. To reduce kitchen time for everyone, we will be splitting duty on breakfast and dinner meals. Everyone will select one meal to prepare with the other volunteers for that meal.
