  • 1. Scope of Service
    SUHNER offers inspection, maintenance, and repair services for both SUHNER/SU-matic and non-SUHNER toolholders and related equipment. Non-SUHNER repairs are accepted under standard maintenance criteria (e.g., bearings, seals, O-rings) and may require original parts to be provided by the customer.

    2. Form Submission
    Submitting the service request form does not constitute a binding agreement or purchase obligation. It initiates a technical and commercial evaluation process only. Final repair work begins only upon written acceptance of SUHNER’s official quotation.

    3. Inspection Fee
    For non-SUHNER equipment, an inspection fee applies to cover the evaluation and disassembly process. This fee will be clearly communicated in the generated MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) module and included in the final order if the quotation is accepted. If the customer decides not to proceed, the inspection fee remains payable.

    4. MRO Module & Reference Number
    Once the form is submitted, an MRO module will be automatically generated and sent by email.
    This PDF contains all submitted data, an MRO reference number, and further instructions.
    Customers must print and include this MRO module in the package when shipping the tool to SUHNER.

    5. Shipping Instructions
    Customers are responsible for shipping the tool to the designated SUHNER facility.
    Do not use the product's original packaging for shipment.
    Include all relevant components and accessories with the tool, if available.
    Return shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

    6. Warranty Claims
    This form is not valid for warranty claims. Any warranty requests must be handled through SUHNER's official warranty channels directly.

    7. Data Accuracy
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted in the form is accurate. In case of errors or updates, customers may contact SUHNER by referencing the MRO number included in the confirmation email.

    8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
    All submitted information is handled in accordance with SUHNER's data protection policy. Customer data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing the service request and will not be shared externally.
