The cost to attend PSA Decoy Camps Internationally is $150, and will not include the cost of PSA Membership.  Please ensure you are a current member, as well.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST be a current member of PSA at the time of the decoy camp in order to participate.  If you are not a current member, if your membership has expired, or if your membership will expire prior to the dates of the decoy camp you attend, you may either join/renew by choosing (and paying for) the appropriate option below.  

Release:  It is the understanding that the above handler/dog team will be participating AT THEIR OWN RISK.  As such, I understand that serious accidents can and do occur during dog training, competitions, and other dog-related events/activities.  I am assuming all risks, liabilities, and responsibilities and will hold harmless PSA K9, their agents, partners, employees, and sponsors from ANY AND ALL liability arising from participating in a PSA K9 sanctioned event.  I also agree to hold harmless any of the above mentioned from any property damage, theft, death, or personal injury to my dog or myself.  I agree to have complete control over myself and my dog(s) at all times.  By signing this membership form, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the member waiver and have read and understand all PSA K9 rules that govern trials and other events.  I understand that there will be no refunds given to any handler that has been suspended from PSA for any reason.  Further, I understand that if I do decide not to attend the decoy camp or I do not show, there will be no refunds of any kind for the cost of the camp or the membership.
