Purpose
Ambassador agrees to represent and promote Aqua Beato in alignment with its mission to inspire joy, community, and well-being through natural hydration.
Responsibilities
• Participate in official Aqua Beato × Miss USA campaigns, events, or photo opportunities.
• Create and share social media content that positively represents both brands.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain professionalism consistent with the Miss USA Organization.
• Tag @aquabeato and use approved campaign hashtags in all content.
Company Responsibilities
• Provide product (cans, apparel, or materials) for promotional use.
• Offer marketing support and creative direction.
• Provide affiliate links and/or tracking codes for commissions.
Brand Alignment & Conduct
Ambassador agrees to uphold values consistent with Aqua Beato and the Miss USA Organization and refrain from any behavior that could damage either brand’s reputation.
Content Approval & Usage Rights
All content using Aqua Beato assets must be submitted for review upon request. Aqua Beato shall have full, royalty-free rights to use, edit, reproduce, and repurpose submitted content across marketing channels, including paid ads.
Exclusivity
Ambassador shall not promote or endorse any competing beverage or water brands without written consent from Aqua Beato.
FTC Compliance
Ambassador agrees to comply with all FTC disclosure guidelines, including the use of #ad or equivalent tags on sponsored content.
Indemnification
Ambassador agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aqua Beato from any claims arising from content they create, including copyright infringement or third-party violations.
Termination for Cause
Aqua Beato may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of breach or unethical conduct.
Term & Renewal
This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution by both parties and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year from that date. Upon expiration of the initial term, this Agreement may be renewed for successive one-year periods by mutual written consent of both parties.
