COTTON WRAP PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All pricing listed is excluding GST.
- Minimum one pallet per order (NO SPLIT PALLETS)
- +Option 1 payment must occur prior to the 20th February 2026 or pricing will revert to Option 2 pricing.
- ^Option 2 must be paid by 18th September 2026 or pricing will revert to Option 3 pricing.
- ~Option 3 (In Season) payment is to be made 30 days after delivery. NO LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- Orders of 6 pallets or more will be freight free on farm, providing it meets all on-farm delivery conditions.
- Orders under 6 pallets will be delivered to a Hutcheon and Pearce branch. Hutcheon and Pearce can arrange farm delivery. Freight costs will be at the customer’s expense.
- For customers without an account with Hutcheon and Peace Operations, a 20% deposit at time of order will be required.
- All products on the program are non-returnable.
6 PALLET AND ABOVE ON-FARM DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- Simon National Carriers only.
- Property must be accessible by Tama nominated B Double transport.
- Property must have adequate mechanical lifting devices to unload pallets from the truck.
- Customers or their appointed representatives must unload the truck and sign Proof of Delivery Docket (POD). Any damages or defects relating to freight must be recorded at this time and reported to Hutcheon and Pearce and Tama Australia within three working days.
- Additional Freight charges will be applied if freighter is unable to unload due to customer actions.
- Required information is minimum two GPS locations from Google Maps of the delivery address. UHF/CB radio channels are also advisable. The more information the better.
RAMP DOWN - COTTON WRAP
- Cancellation/reduction to order quantities can be made up to, but no shorter than, two weeks prior to the requested delivery period.
- For On Farm Deliveries, if the change made to the order results in less than the 6-pallet minimum, then the order will default to your nominated Hutcheon and Pearce branch for delivery.
RAMP UP - COTTON WRAP
- A quantity increase of up to 20% can be made on orders under either Option 1 or 2 at the original invoiced price.
SPINDLE GREASE AND CLEANER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS CONDITIONS
- All pricing is excluding GST.
- xPre-season order delivery window between February through to May 2026. 2 months payment terms apply for on-farm delivery and 3 months payment terms apply for branch deliveries.
- Pre-season orders must be placed by 16th January 2026 or order will revert to normal in-season pricing & 30-day payment terms will apply.
- Orders under 3 pallets will be delivered to a Hutcheon and Pearce branch. Hutcheon and Pearce can arrange farm delivery, however freight costs will be at the customer’s expense.
CUSTOMER PROPERTY DELIVERIES
- Will be a separate delivery to wrap. Minimum order quantity of 3 pallets, in pallet quantities.
- Property must be accessible by nominated B-double transport.
- Customer must have forklift equipment on property to unload pallets from the truck.
- Customer or their representative must unload the pallets themselves.
- Freight charges may apply if the delivery is unable to unload due to the above not being met.
- Required information needs to be inputted into the order form when orders are placed. UHF Radio Channel (optional) two GPS locations from Google Maps of the property.
