  • Registration:

    The registration fee is $175 which includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages and meeting materials on Monday. Please register by Friday, February 6th, to avoid a $15 late fee.

    There will be a no host networking dinner on Sunday, Febraury 22nd.

    Invoicing & Payment:
    At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

    WSTA has a room block at the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront for the Per Diem Rate of $155.00 per night. Please use the booking link located on the WSTA Clerks Committee page.

          • WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

            Registration fee for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on February 6, 2026 either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the meeting and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
