Registration:
The registration fee is $175 which includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages and meeting materials on Monday. Please register by Friday, February 6th, to avoid a $15 late fee.
There will be a no host networking dinner on Sunday, Febraury 22nd.
Invoicing & Payment:
At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event.
