Holiday ARTasting Date + Time: Friday Dec 12, 5-9 pm
Apply to join the HUNT & GATHER community for a holiday indoor Night Market in the Mid-Market Arts Corridor On Dec. 12 from 5-9 pm.
Fees: A non-refundable $25 application fee is required to be considered. We’re waiving the usual registration/participation fee to make it easy to join us in building something new. If selected, 15% of your total sales will be due within two business days after the event. We’re excited to offer this accessible opportunity and grow a vibrant creative experience together in the Mid-Market Arts Corridor, connecting our community and work with a new audience.
Important information:
- APPLICATION DEADLINE: NOV 24, 2025
- Event Date + Time: Friday, December 12, 2025, 5-9 PM
- Fee to participate: $25. (Application fee) Plus 15% of sales due within two business days of the event.
- If accepted, you will be notified by Dec. 1, and your confirmation will be due within two business days: Dec 3. If you do not submit your confirmation by December 3, your spot may be given to another vendor.
- You will be provided with a table, no tents, as this is an indoor event. Please bring your own table covering if you'd like. Tables are 6'x2'
- Please promote the event via social media and/or email marketing. Even if you have a small list, we count on all participants to help spread the word.
- Plan to arrive between 3 pm and 4 pm for load-in, and set up by 5 pm. You must be present for the entire duration of the event. There will be no early breakdowns.
- There is a parking garage and various public transportation options within steps of the venue.
- The Venue address is: 1355 Market St., San Francisco, CA
  At the corner of 10th + Market in the old Twitter building, street level.
