I hereby authorize REEP Residential, LLC to stop withholding rent payments in the amount of $   Type a label*   per pay period from my wages to satisfy the rental amount due for apartment #   Type a label*   at the following Community:   Type a label*   
 
I understand and agree that, effective upon approval of this authorization, I am personally responsible for payment of the full monthly rent, as well as any additional charges associated with the apartment, including but not limited to water, pest control, trash, and other applicable fees.

I acknowledge that all payments must be made directly to the leasing office on or before the 3rd day of each month to avoid late fees or other charges as outlined in the Lease Contract.

Final Pay Authorization

I further acknowledge and agree that, in the event my employment with REEP Residential, LLC ends for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, before all rent or related charges are paid in full, REEP Residential, LLC may deduct any remaining balance owed from my final paycheck, only to the extent permitted by federal and Texas law, including applicable minimum wage requirements and with any required written authorization.

Voluntary Authorization & Right to Revoke

I confirm that this authorization is voluntary and not a condition of my employment with REEP Residential, LLC.
I understand that I may revoke this authorization at any time by submitting written notice to REEP Residential, LLC. Any revocation will be effective no later than the next practicable payroll cycle following receipt of the request and reasonable administrative processing.

Prospective Application / No Retroactive Obligation

I understand that this authorization applies prospectively only and does not obligate REEP Residential, LLC to refund, credit, or adjust any rent payments, charges, or payroll deductions made prior to the effective date of this authorization.

Payroll Error Correction

I acknowledge that, in the event of a payroll or billing error related to rent or associated charges, REEP Residential, LLC is authorized to correct such error in a future payroll cycle or billing statement, as permitted by law.

No Modification of Lease Terms

I understand that this authorization does not modify, amend, or replace the terms of my Lease Contract or any applicable addenda, all of which remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

This authorization shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Coordination & Approval Requirement

I acknowledge that this request must be coordinated with my Regional Manager and is subject to approval by the President of REEP Residential, LLC.
This authorization is not valid and will not take effect unless and until it has been approved in writing by the President.
