It is important that, in addition to completing this form, you notify the event host of your cancellation as soon as possible.
Colorado Airstream Club Event Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancellations will be made in accordance with the campground/venue contract. Deductions will be made from the rally fee for the admin cost ($20) and merchants fees (3% of total rally fee). In the event that the club incurs additional cost, I.e. activities, meals, tours, etc. those monies may not be refunded.
The cancellation coordinator will work with your host to determine what refund can be issued. Thank you for your understanding. If a rally does not fill refunds will be processed after an event is over and the financial impact for the club can be assessed. If a cancellation can be filled from a wait list refunds can be processed before the rally date.
