AIA Rhode Island is currently seeking leadership and expertise to fill open positions for the Chapter’s 2026 Board of Directors.

As the State’s leading voice of the Architecture profession, AIA Rhode Island represents over 250 architects, architectural design professionals, and allied members. We are highly committed to excellence in architecture and service to the public, endeavoring to bring together and serve all who are interested in the art and science of architecture. Serving on the Board of Directors, allows individuals the opportunity to contribute to the realization of organizational goals, strategies, and objectives that continue to shape the future of the profession.

Requirements:

. Member in good standing of AIA

·        Appointed Board members serve a 1-3 year term based on the position.

·        Attend six (6) Board meetings per year.

·        Serve on at least one committee.
