Carbon Literacy Training for Business - Online

Carbon Literacy empowers individuals, communities, and organisations to take meaningful climate action and drive the cultural shift needed for a low-carbon economy. Developed by The Carbon Literacy Project and recognised by the UN at COP21, it is a globally unique initiative.

This course is tailored specifically for businesses, focusing on the most relevant aspects for UK organisations. Its content is broad and accessible, making it valuable for participants at all levels within an organisation.

By completing the course, participants will gain Carbon Literacy certification, practical tools to reduce emissions, and the knowledge to embed sustainability into everyday business decisions.

By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

Attendance

• The Carbon Literacy course will take place over two consecutive mornings.
  You must attend both sessions in full to complete the course.
• This is a collaborative course; you will need microphone and video access throughout. The course will be carried out on Microsoft Teams, whilst this can be attended via an online browser, we strongly suggest you download the Teams application.
• Active participation is required in discussions and activities.
• You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video equipment.

Post-Course Action Plan

• After the course, you must complete a short action plan to demonstrate what you have learned.
• Upon successful completion and submission, you will receive your Carbon Literacy Certificate by email.

Funding & Availability

• The course is fully funded, but places are limited and carry a cost to the programme.
• If you are unable to attend, please notify us at info@greenlark.co.uk as early as possible so your place can be reallocated. Failure to attend without notice may affect eligibility for future funded courses.
